Sounds like custom work, I think 300 front ends bolt right on because of the door-fender relation.

Either way heres some inspiration.

Yeah we got the Magnum as 300C Touring here in Europe with Chrysler front end.

There is (or at least was somewhat recently) an existing kit for the front end swap
